The Women's Leadership Forum (WLF) is co-chaired by partners Kristin Holland and Tara Kamradt and is managed through a National Committee comprised of women partners and associate representatives from each of the Firm’s local offices. The National Committee holds monthly conference calls and meets for an annual retreat. In addition to addressing public policy issues, the National Committee develops programming for women designed to foster their development and advancement within the Firm and the broader legal community.
