Joni S. Jacobsen is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Joni has been actively involved in the Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) since its inception first serving as Chair of the Internal Events Committee in Chicago, and currently serving as Co-Chair of the WLF’s Chicago office and as a member of the National Committee. “I joined the National Committee in order to assist in the strategic development of programs and policies that help attract and retain talented women attorneys, assist women in developing the skills necessary to develop strong business relationships, and strengthen the internal network and visibility of women attorneys at the firm,” she stated. Joni is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. She also serves on the Women’s Board of the American Cancer Society.

The Women's Leadership Forum (WLF) is managed through a National Committee comprised of women partners and associate representatives from each of the firm’s local offices. The National Committee holds monthly conference calls and meets for an annual retreat. In addition to addressing public policy issues, the National Committee develops programming for women designed to foster their development and advancement within the Firm and the broader legal community.
