Rori Malech is a Partner in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Women’s Leadership Forum’s (WLF) National Committee. She is in the Real Estate practice and represents lenders and developers on sophisticated real estate transactions. “My primary goal when joining the WLF was to use it as a vehicle to develop business for women at the Firm and promote the Firm’s commitment to diversity in the Washington, D.C. market. It is also a tremendous vehicle for change within the Firm for both men and women, and a leader outside of the Firm as well” she said.

The Women's Leadership Forum (WLF) is managed through a National Committee comprised of women partners and associate representatives from each of the firm’s local offices. The National Committee holds monthly conference calls and meets for an annual retreat. In addition to addressing public policy issues, the National Committee develops programming for women designed to foster their development and advancement within the Firm and the broader legal community.
