Kristin L. Holland is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Entertainment and Media practices and Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF). “I joined the National Committee because I wanted to actively participate in the Firm’s efforts to support women associates and partners, coordinate our local efforts with other offices and create new programs to help women lawyers thrive,” she said. While at the Firm, Kristin has participated in two WLF national retreats, organized internal and client events for the WLF and worked to develop a multi-faceted action plan for promoting women in the legal industry. In addition, Kristin is the Pro Bono Coordinator for the Los Angeles office; is active on the Firm’s Recruiting Committee; sits on the board of the Center for Law in the Public Interest; and in 2006 was a board member and co-chair of the Litigation Section of the Women Lawyer’s Association of Los Angeles. She was also named a 2006 Rising Star by Southern California Super Lawyers and Law & Politics.
